Does anyone have advice on what to do for Adrenal Fatigue?

What are some effective treatments for Adrenal Fatigue? Please be as specific as possible. Hormone treatments? Diet? Vitamins and Minerals? What has worked for you? What were your main symptoms with Adrenal Fatigue? Does anyone know of a great Endocrinologist in South Texas?
This deals with women's hormone levels and the effects on the body, mind, and spirit. I am interested in hearing personal stories dealing with this issue so that I can maybe learn from other's experiences.

I would consider kudzu root.

I would also consider flaxseed oil and cottage cheese in mixed fruits sucj a pears, blueberries, peacheces, strawberries, tart cheries.

I would also drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water with a pinch of sea salt for proper mineralization and hyfration,

I would aslo take a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider with a dash of cinnamon in a shot glass of carrot juice three times a day.

There are hundrds of studies for each thing I suggested but really it is your body and you should take what your body tells you to take and not your taste buds.

Bitter greens could help but I would put a little vinegar with them to make the taste tollerable.

Eat fruits and avegetables plus drink clean water. It may seem too simple but doing it could save your life and heal your body through the process. Adrenal fatigue is a cry for help from your body…not a disease… Give your body what it needs and it will respond…

  3. I have just found the most informative website….

    http://www.adrenalfatigue.org

It features a questionaire as a first step for those who suspect they have it (I was 'off the chart' with a score of 81)

It was founded by a Dr. James L. Wilson, who just wrote a comprehensive book called,"Adrenal Fatifue; The 21st Century Stress Syndrome"

I found so much relief just putting a name on these debilitating symptoms.
Now, I have to find someone close by who understands and treats it….
